Center for Excellence in Journalism located at the IBA City Campus Karachi and Hisaar Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding for enabling institutional cooperation between the two entities. Mr. Zohair Ashir, Chairperson Hisaar Foundation and Mr. Kamal Siddiqi, Director CEJ-IBA signed on behalf of their respective institutions.\u00a0<\/p>\n
